The game is a BlackBerry device port of the famous Russian game of the 1990's "Ну Погоди!" (a 6 MB scanned manual for those who are really interested).
The objective of this game is to catch the eggs that fall from the lots into the basket. There are four lots and the wolf can turn to each lot with a buton press. The speed of the eggs falling is progressively increasing and the number of eggs is slowly increasing as you play. None of two eggs fall at the same time, i.e. the eggs roll and fall sequentially. The game has 2 different play modes - Game A and Game B. In Game A the eggs fall from 3 lots simultaneously. In Game B mode the eggs fall from all 4 lots and the starting speed is faster so it is more difficult to play.
Once you get score of 200 or 500 the fallen egg count is reset. Once you get 3 fallen eggs the game stops. If the rabbit appears on the screen when you have missed an egg and it fallen down you get half an egg penalty. Otherwise the whole penalty fallen egg is added.
The port here is slightly different from the original "hardware" version of the game. These differences allow you to mute the sounds of the game while you play (although all experienced players find this feature not useful since it is completely impossible to get the high scores when playing without the sounds feadback). The other feature is you can store your previous high scores in the device memory. A very convenient feature of this port is that you can pause the game at any time and resume playing later. The game also have a neat demo mode.
You can download the game directly over the air (OTA) using your handheld device or use BlackBerry Desktop Manager application suite to install the software using USB connection to your device.
